Updates etc.

So as you know from the previous entry, I went to a job interview in Baltimore last weekend. Loyal followers of my bloggery know that I was planning on doing an interview for the Phoenix Teaching Fellowship as well, the weekend of March 27th. Unfortunately, for reasons I'm too lazy to explain that is now canceled. Extremely stressed, I proceeded to cancel my upcoming travel to Phoenix, lose over $200 (down the drain). UGH. So then, in my somewhat panic, I apply to a few other teaching fellowship I had been considering. Nashville Teaching Fellows emailed me back right away and said that they wanted me to interview for Elementary Ed. This made me feel good about it, considering it is close to their deadline and they responded so quickly. I decided to schedule an interview with them. I have a flight booked to Nashville for the weekend of April 10-12 and a hotel downtown. I am excited for my Nashville adventure, at the least. I should have some time to explore the city. And now with one teaching fellowship interview under my belt, I should be somewhat prepared. Nashville seems like a cool city, and cheaper than a lot of big cities too.

Anyways, I just feel very high-stress. Planning all this interview stuff and worrying about stuff when I should be concentrating on doing my work for now. Like that thesis, which I am totally screwed on. In addition to my regular work. I need a massage. ahhhhh.
