So yesterday, I am vaguely woken up at an all too early hour and remember that my friend Marianna and roommate Shannon are going to The 10! Show, a local Philadelphia morning show. I easily fall back into a deep slumber, and am next awoken by Marianna carrying a large box into our room. Apparently, Marianna won a giant chocolate heart centerpiece-thing. Oh and there's video of it, although fast forward to about 4:50 to see the win. Hilarity. It's in her fridge right now, and I hope some night we will spend some quality time consuming it.
I posted the first story I wrote for Writing for Children online. It was too short, of course, as everything I write seems to end up being. Shout out to Liz for helping me edit it. It's supposed to be about an event that represents a coming of age.

I will totally read your stories later when I am not tired and angry at Baskin Robbins, etc, but yay for you enjoying your class. So jealous you have like 1 more semester of school left. BTW...WRITE YOUR THESIS ALREADY! xox
